If you are regular visitor to our website, you may feel you are seeing the same dogs again and again. The dogs on the first page have been with us the longest and you will see them each time. The ones new to us are on the last page. We’re sure there is a dog for you there.
Please note: The description of each dog is based on the foster carer’s latest report. As the dog settles it may be changed. For example, you may apply for a dog listed as a single dog to be told they now need a home with another dog. We keep the descriptions as up to date as we can. Please email us if you have an enquiry about a specific detail in the description. This may save you the time in doing an application. We also accept the application forms of other groups to save you having to redo the same information.
Bianco Haliwell AKA Bug (In permanent care)
His name is Bianco, but most people just call him Bug. This sweet hearted dog has surprisingly more energy than you think. One or two small walks around the block will keep him happy and a few scratches on the head is all that is needed to make his day.
Rusty Maddison (In Permanent Care)
Rusty is in our permanent care. Rusty is everyone’s friend, he loves to greet humans and dogs like he’s been pals with them for years.

Ernie’s heart is very very bad and he has now joined our palliative care program.

Max is a true best friend. He is all about loving his people and spending time with them. Max loves to potter around the house and garden with you and will keep you company no matter what you are doing.

Cheeky is a very happy girl now - a friendly, quiet and shy girl of 14 years of age. She loves sleeping indoors on her own cushion with a blanket.

Mighty Hamilton is a survivor of long-term physical and verbal abuse. He is a people dog and – with the proper foundations in place – will share love and loyalty with his humans.
Millie Aylesbury
Millie is a brave and loving girl, who has been working with her carer to overcome quite a few challenges. She is looking for experienced dog people, who will continue to support her to be her best self. This gorgeous pup is gregarious and affectionate with her people.

Bruno is such a sweetheart. Like many rescue dogs, he has gone through a lot, and is desperate for love. He will melt your heart when you pick him up and he snuggles in to your shoulder and lets out a little sigh.

Lovely May is new into our care and we are still getting to know her. May enjoys having a dog around and loves to play and cuddle with them. In May’s previous foster home, she got along well with cats and was living with two in her foster home.
